When it comes to sourcing ingredients, we set a very high standard, working only with suppliers that align with our mission and principles. Our Shampoo Bar is both certified USDA organic and Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). RSPO certification is an assurance that the standard of palm oil production is sustainable. All organizations in the supply chain that use RSPO certified sustainable oil products are audited to prevent overselling and mixing palm oil with conventional (or non-sustainable) oil palm products.
DIRECTIONS: Rub directly on wet hair or between hands to create a rich lather. Massage into hair, scalp, and body. Rinse clean!
Note: Can be used alone, or followed by a conditioner or a diluted vinegar rinse. Works best with soft water.

Directions on your Shampoo Bar box suggest using a “diluted vinegar rinse” after shampooing. What's the benefit?
Over time, hard water (and even soft water) can make it more difficult to rinse all of the shampoo from your hair, causing buildup that leaves a waxy feel. You may also experience more tangles or frizz (especially true for long hair) due to the high pH level of natural soaps. An apple cider vinegar (ACV) rinse can help to remove mineral deposits, soften the hair shaft, and condition without causing buildup. It can be especially helpful for those new to shampoo bars. You can easily make a vinegar rinse at home by mixing 1 to 4 tablespoons of ACV with 8 ounces of water. Experiment to find a dilution that works best for your hair type.
